Grasping At Laws is Greg Allen and musical friends - first and foremost is Granville Braxton, who has been backing me up with percussion for about 10 years. Other area notables include Julie Caran, Tom Proutt, Thomas Gunn and Jeff Romano. Grasping At Laws has been a huge beneficiary of the Order of the Musical Pork Chop (see below).
SongSharing & the Order of the Musical Pork Chop
Started in 1994 as a personal musical outreach effort SongSharing has grown to become a 501c3 non-profit that is Making Music More Accessible in and far beyond Central Virginia.
One day I said "Gee, SongSharing is like a Musical Pork Chop I hung around my neck to get folks to come play with me", and the Order of the Musical Pork Chop was born.
